Lightweight aluminum blind-mate quick disconnects used in liquid-cooled electronics and avionics thermal-management systems, connecting removable cold plates to fixed manifolds so a cooling module can be pulled and replaced leak-free. They feature a patented integral thermal-relief valve, ultra-low spillage, minimal air inclusion on connect, and tolerance for large radial misalignment. In service for 30+ years on platforms such as the F-22, F-18 and shipboard radars, and used on the F-35 and Boeing 787.
