Eaton Internal Roller Swage Tube Fittings (Three-Groove)

Separable rigid-tube end fittings (sleeves and unions) attached by internally roller-swaging the tube outward into three annular grooves inside the fitting, forming a strong, sealed mechanical connection without welding. A rotating tapered mandrel drives expander rollers against the tube wall so the tube material flows into the fitting grooves. Used widely in aerospace fluid-transfer lines as a proven, long-established attachment method.
