ZYGLO ZL-27A is a water-washable fluorescent penetrant from Magnaflux for detecting surface-breaking defects such as cracks, porosity and laps. Applied to a clean surface it seeps into flaws; after washing and developing, the trapped penetrant fluoresces brightly under UV light to reveal the defect. Suited to aerospace component inspection.
