Dowsil 1200 OS Red Primer is a Dow primer applied to substrates before silicone sealants, adhesives or rubbers. It improves adhesion where the silicone would otherwise not bond well. The red tint shows coverage. Apply a thin coat to a clean, dry surface and follow Dow's data sheet for drying time.
