3M Aerospace Sealant AC-735 (Class B)

A non-chromate, corrosion-inhibitive, fast-cure, low-density two-component polysulfide fuselage sealant used for fuselage sealing, void filling and corrosion control. The manganese dioxide-cured, thixotropic paste (Class B) is applied by extrusion, injection gun or spatula; a companion Class A pourable/brushable liquid is also offered. Its low density is roughly 25% lower (about 3-4 lb/gal lighter) than traditional sealants.
