Kapton 500HN is the 127.0 µm gauge of Kapton HN, the heaviest of the standard HN thicknesses. The amber polyimide film is rated UL-94 V-0, carries a UL 746B mechanical RTI of 200°C and electrical RTI of 240°C, and the manufacturer reports use from -269°C to 400°C. It can be laminated, metallized, punched, formed or adhesive coated.
