Aero-Lube D-5480NS is a colloidal graphite dispersion in a thermoplastic resin. Sprayed from the aerosol it dries quickly at room temperature to a tenacious black film of fine graphite, with no grease, wax or silicone. Zip-Chem lists a service temperature of 400°F (204°C) and an intermittent limit of 850°F (454°C).
