Description
Fill Bond EP007 is the cartridge form of Sherwin-Williams' Fill Bond Aerospace Putty, epoxy version. The twin cartridge dispenses base CM0480007 and adduct CM0120007 at 4:1 by volume through a static mixer. The light gray putty is chrome and lead hazard free, contains no isocyanates, and can be lightly sanded in 2-6 hours.
The manufacturer describes it for filling seams, rivets and small spot-repair areas over pretreated aluminium, composites or a Sherwin-Williams corrosion-resistant primer, as an alternative to conventional polyester body filler.
