Scotchcast 5230N is a one-part, blue epoxy powder coating resin from 3M, applied to a cold part by the electrostatic fluid bed process. Supplier data gives coatings up to 25 mils, dielectric strength of 1,000 V/mil at 12-15 mil film thickness, cut-through resistance of 320°C and impact resistance of 160 inch-lbs, with edge coverage above 35%.
