Description
LTR395LV is a one-component, addition-cure silicone paste filled to conduct heat while remaining electrically insulative. It is dispensed between components, boards and heat sinks or cold plates where the interface must move heat out and still isolate live surfaces from grounded metalwork. Addition cure means it does not rely on atmospheric moisture reaching the bondline, so it cures consistently in confined interfaces, and the grade is specified as low outgassing.
