Description
Araldite AW 2101 is the white resin component of a Huntsman rapid-cure, multipurpose epoxy paste adhesive, cured at room temperature with Hardener HW 2951. The grey mixed adhesive is lightly thixotropic and gap filling, with high strength, toughness and very good oil and petrol resistance. Pot life is short, 4 to 8 minutes for a 100 g mix.
The manufacturer describes it for bonding a wide variety of metals, ceramics, glass, rubber, rigid plastics and many other common materials. It is also supplied in ready-to-use cartridges.
