Loctite 406 is a one-part ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive from Henkel that needs no mixing and cures on contact with atmospheric moisture. The uncured liquid is transparent, colourless to straw coloured and low in viscosity. Henkel quotes fixture times under 5 seconds on neoprene, nitrile rubber, ABS and PVC, which suits small parts that must be located quickly.
