Description
Aero-Lube D-5933NS puts Shell's AeroShell Grease 33 into an aerosol. The green multipurpose airframe grease uses a synthetic base oil with a lithium complex thickener for corrosion resistance and load-carrying capacity. Zip-Chem gives an operating range of -100°F to +250°F (-73°C to 121°C); the propellants evaporate and leave only grease behind.
The manufacturer describes it for trailing edge flaps, general airframe, highly loaded gears, actuator screws, instruments and sliding surfaces, where manuals allow hand or brush application. It is not for replacing grease-gun lubrication through zerk fittings.
