Description
AEROGLAZE Z306 is an absorptive, moisture-curing polyurethane coating that cures to a flat black finish. Socomore designed it for aerospace substrates that need low outgassing and high thermal absorptivity, and lists outgassing of 1.0% TML and 0.02% CVCM per ASTM E 595. It cures tack-free in 2-3 hours at 25°C and develops full properties in about 7 days.
The manufacturer describes it for coating rigid or flexible substrates in aerospace and space operations where low outgassing in high vacuum and high heat absorption are required. Most substrates need a primer first, and spraying uses Aeroglaze 9958 thinner.
