Description
AEROGLAZE Z307 is an electrically conductive, moisture-curing polyurethane coating that cures to a flat black finish. Socomore lists solar absorptivity of 0.97, normal emissivity of 0.89 and resistivity between 10^2 and 10^5 ohms/square for static dissipation. Outgassing is 1.06% TML and 0.04% CVCM per ASTM E 595, and it operates from -150 to 104°C.
The manufacturer describes it for aerospace and space substrates that need static dissipation together with low outgassing, high thermal absorptivity and high emissivity. A primer is recommended on most substrates, and Aeroglaze 9958 thinner is used for spraying and clean-up.
