A solvent-based neoprene contact adhesive for bonding rubber and gaskets, giving high immediate strength and good heat resistance. It bonds metal, wood, most plastics and neoprene/SBR/reclaim/butyl rubbers; EC-1300L is a lower-viscosity, lower-solids version of EC-1300 for easier brushing and spraying.
