This kit pairs the PSA 529 silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive with SRC-18 crosslinker, blended before coating so the dried film cures to a higher cohesive strength than the base adhesive reaches alone. Crosslinking reduces cold flow and adhesive residue, which matters when a tape is removed after heat exposure or held under sustained shear. It is intended for converters coating, drying and curing on their own line; mix proportion, working life and oven schedule come from the manufacturer datasheet.

What does the SRC-18 component do?
