3M Scotch-Weld EC-3960 is a structural adhesive primer with an epoxy resin base and a low solids content of 10.5% by weight. It is sprayed onto prepared surfaces, dries to a yellow film and inhibits corrosion at the bond line. It can be co-cured at 250°F or 350°F, and the 250°F cure gives it solvent resistance.
