Amberklene FE10 is a fast-evaporating solvent blend from Ambersil (CRC Industries UK) containing no CFCs or chlorinated solvents. It is a clear, colourless liquid with a specific gravity of 0.770 at 25°C, an initial boiling point of 64°C and an evaporation rate of 6.0 relative to butyl acetate. It is extremely flammable, with a bulk flashpoint of -18°C.
