Sur-Prep 3160 is a fast-drying hydrocarbon solvent blend with a broad solvency range for oil and oil-bonded contaminants. Zip-Chem says it helps coatings and sealants adhere by solvating contaminants from the substrate. It has a minimum flash point of 142°F (61°C) and less than 3% aromatics by volume.
