Description
A water-based, non-chromated solution-gelation (sol-gel) surface pre-treatment for aluminium, steel and titanium alloys that improves adhesion between the metal surface and epoxy- or polyurethane-based organic coatings (primers/topcoats). BB is blue-tinted and CB is clear; both apply by brush, dip or spray and cure at ambient conditions. It helps reduce 'rivet rash' and is qualified to multiple aerospace customer specifications.
