Description
D-90G is a white dry powder developer (Form a) for use with fluorescent penetrants. The manufacturer says it draws penetrant to the surface, amplifies the fluorescent brilliance of cracks, pores and similar flaws, aids re-bleed of entrapped penetrant and stabilises indications. It meets low sulfur, low halogen and low sodium requirements.
The manufacturer describes it for all fluorescent penetrants, applied in a dust chamber, by hand, or with a powder bulb, in water-washable and post-emulsifiable inspection lines.
