Description
Desothane HS CA9100 is a high-solids, low-VOC polyurethane topcoat from PPG Aerospace designed for a high degree of abrasion resistance. PPG lists strong UV durability, a service range of -54°C to 177°C, and gloss or matt finishes. It mixes 2:1:1 by volume with CA8000B activator and a CA8000C-series reducer.
The manufacturer describes it for surfaces at high risk of abrasion from contact with moving parts. PPG lists it as compatible over primer schemes including P99/PAC33, PR205 and CA7049.
