Description
RTV 159 is a one-part acetoxy condensation-cure silicone paste that vulcanises at room temperature on exposure to atmospheric moisture, giving a tough, flexible bond without mixing or heat. It is used for load-bearing bonding, high-strength sealing and gasketing in aerospace and industrial assemblies. It is the companion grade to RTV 157 in the high-strength paste family and is referenced against MIL-A-46106B.
