Description
PPG PR-1782 C-12 is a low-density, two-part, manganese dioxide-cured polysulfide sealant for aircraft fuel tanks and general sealing. Class C is the faying-surface grade, applied by roller or spatula, and the -12 means about a 12-hour application life for large assemblies. It keeps its elastomeric properties after exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline, and conforms to Airbus IPS 04-05-001-30 and IPS 04-05-012-10.
