Description
FRV 1106 is a one-part fluorosilicone that cures at room temperature by condensation on exposure to atmospheric moisture, forming a flexible elastomeric seal. Fluorosilicone chemistry retains the flexibility of a conventional silicone while resisting swell and degradation in hydrocarbon fuels, lubricating oils and many solvents, which is why it is used for sealing and bonding in fuel systems, engine accessories and fluid-handling hardware. It is offered alongside FRV 1109 in the fluid-resistant range.
